Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dustofsunshine@hotmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at dustofsunshine@hotmail.com.

Shipping
To return a product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Steps for an eligible return to Dust of Sunshine

1) Contact us by email at dustofsunshine@hotmail.com indicating:

(Full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and / or return and the reason for the return)

2) Please allow 24 / 48h before receiving a response from our team *Our customer service is open 9 am-5pm Monday to Friday

3) Once our team has read your email, we will inform you of the steps to follow in order to make the return.

4) Once the return is received at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect and process your return

 

Details

* By completing a return to Dust of Sunshine, you agree to the terms of the return policy. If the return does not meet the above criteria, the return will be rejected and an exchange / credit will not be issued. Dust of Sunshine will not return rejected merchandise.

* Dust of Sunshine assumes no responsibility for any packages or items lost, stolen or blocked in transit during delivery to our distribution center. You must provide a tracking number when you return the order.
