Return Policy

Our return policy is 30 days. If your order was made 31 days ago or more, we cannot offer a return.

To be eligible for a return, your order must look unused, in the same state as you received it, and in the original package. We do not offer shipping on returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for a new shipping label.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also inform you of our decision concerning our decision on your reimbursement. If your refund is accepted, the money will go to your original payment method in a few days. The processing time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank. Please contact your bank if you have any issues with this delay. Shipping is not refundable, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order. If sending an item of a value of 75$ or more, you should consider selecting shipping with a tracking number, since we cannot guarantee we will receive the order.

Sale Items

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned and refunded.

Exchanges

Only broken or defective items can be exchanged. If that is the case please contact us at dustofsunshine@hotmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item.

Steps for an eligible return

1) Contact us by email at dustofsunshine@hotmail.com and indicate:

Full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and/or return and the reason for the return.

2) Please allow 24/48 hours on business days for a response from our team.

3) Once our team has received your email, we will inform you of the steps to follow in order to complete the return.

4) Once the return is received at our distribution center, please allow us 10 days to inspect and process your return.

* By completing a return at Dust of Sunshine, you agree to the terms of the return policy. If the return does not meet the above criteria, the return will be rejected and an exchange/credit will not be issued. Dust of Sunshine will not return rejected merchandise.

* Dust of Sunshine assumes no responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen or stuck in transit during delivery to our distribution center.
